These draft terms concern use of SetupDubai.ae and its enquiry service. A separate agreement is required for services delivered by a professional provider.
Our role
SetupDubai provides general company-setup information, guidance and introductions. It is not a government authority, Free Zone authority, bank, law firm, insurer or tax authority.
Your enquiry is not binding
Submitting an enquiry does not form a company, submit a licence or residence application, open a bank account or require you to engage a provider. You decide whether to proceed. Any provider engagement must be agreed separately, including its scope, exclusions, charges and renewal obligations. SetupDubai may receive compensation from a provider following an introduction.
Independent decisions
Authorities and banks decide applications independently. No licence, residence permission, bank account, tax treatment or completion date is guaranteed. Website information is general and is not personalised legal, tax, immigration, investment or banking advice.
Acceptable use and external websites
Provide accurate information and only share details you are entitled to submit. Do not misuse the enquiry service or interfere with website security. External websites control their own content and privacy practices; links are references, not endorsements.
Legal review before launch
The operator's legal identity, contact details, applicable law and dispute forum must be approved before launch. Nothing here excludes mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
